Please help me ID this watch

This is the best image of a watch I saw a lady wearing, she was with a family group and I couldn't get any closer. It really appealed to me; it was different than so many watches out there, and the way it turned around on her wrist and swung around so easily. I've been trying to ID it for many hours from several sources, and have been unable to find it. I'd like to get one, please help if you recognize it. Its dark brown woven leather cord with silver trim and body, perhaps a two tone face.
