Reliable free or cheap image hosting sites?

Hello all,
I'm being driven mental by the image hosting sites!
Does anyone have any suggestions for one that actually works properly and doesn't cost a fortune? One that allows video hosting and streaming would be awesome, I'm realistic about these things so I'm willing to do some trial and error...
I'm also seriously considering creating torrent files and RSS feeds, although the "legality" of these options may mean that I couldn't post directly into the site.
Any and all input would be greatly appreciated, especially from Watchmaster & any of the Administration staff.
I have a vast collection of images & videos I'm happy to share...
Just to add, Imgbox has a hissy fit every time I attempt to recover my old account and keeps refusing to accept my new usernames, moaning about characters and syntax etc... Any ideas?
