I made a post on the Metal Forum about this tv show because I am interested in Yvonne Lim's metal watch, however in this TV show there are tons of characters that wear a variety of watches. Lots of black leather straps, as well as a few that wear colored strap watches. I don't know the brands of any of these unfortunately.
Chen Liping is the mother character, she wears a variety of colored analog/digital watches on her right wrist - she can wear multiple ones per episode
Cai Peixuan is the youngest daughter wearing a blue cloth digital watch on the inside wrist
Paige Chua wears the large leather strap square watch on left wrist, she wears it almost every episode
