Program to screenshot and/or record

Hi all!
I've been trying the webcam streaming websites for a time now and I'm loving it. I saw many beautiful watches and girls ready to do things for me with their watches. However, I haven't find a program that can take screenshots or record the movies of these webcam shows, because I want to see them again without paying a second time (it's really expensive). I though Fraps could make it but did nothing. Perhaps you have some ideas for me?
