Leather strap maintenence, when watch is used for kinky stuff

Hi!
My gf and I have a lot of fun with her watches. She just got her first one with a leather strap, and I’m curious if kissing, licking and other things would make the strap age and tear faster. I know leather should not get wet, but I don‘t know how fast it absorbs liquids like these. We always clean it off with a damped cloth and dry it with paper after.
Should I maybe use some colorless leather treatment products (that you can buy in a shoe store) or impregnate? Or am I overthinking this?
Anyone have some experience?
